We have a FREE 1 Year Warranty on our Spray-Genix Handheld Products, from the date you receive the shipment, when used with the solution sold on our website. If any malfunction exists during the warranty period, you can send it back to us by postal mail, baring the return freight back to us; we will repair it and return to you, baring the post freight back to you. In some cases, we may ask you to pay for the shipping of the replacement, rather than send us the original product, in order to receive the replacement.
The warranty is only applicable when using the disinfecting solution sold on our website and will be voided if any other solution is used. Please be advised that the gun must be emptied from the disinfectant after each use and clean water must be run through the gun for approximately 2-5 minutes. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
The warranty will be activated and voided once we send a replacement unit.
Note: any man-made damages or if it is broken by water ingress, falling down and other careless operation cannot be covered in this warranty policy.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR A REPLACEMENT:
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, and a video of the product not working with liquid in the canister.
- Our team will reply to this email as quickly as we can.
- If your claim is approved, within 24 hours, you will receive a new tracking number with your replacement.
